Vinyasa Hatha style: Poses are practiced in a flowy way, dance-like. We will be exploring different versions of pose sequences such as the earth-salution (to ground us);Moon Salutation (to calm us) and Sun and Fire Salutations (to energize us). Modifications will be demonstrated as needed.

Yogilates: a combination of yoga and pilates. Great to strengthen abs (transverse, obliques and rectus abdomini) and back and to shape your body beautifully! After six weeks you will look leaner and longer!

Prenatal Yoga: Excellent to be in shape while you are pregnant as well as to prepare you for labor. TBA 

Vinyasa yoga for wrinkles and anti-aging: Great to routinely exercise the muscles of our faces to avoid wrinkles and stretch the face naturally (also good for vision); it incorporates poses which specifically focus on areas of the body that age the quickest. Good for all ages, preferably those in their 30's, 40's and 50's. TBA

Yoga for stress/anxiety: gentle poses, lots of breathing and longer relaxation (restorative poses)geared to calm you down and let go of fear, doubt and the "what ifs"Private classes.
